BACKGROUND Henry has substantial experience in advising technology, investment, trading, wholesale and retail companies in respect of their corporate matters, employment, finance and general issues in Asia-pacific such as corporate restructuring & reorganization, project financing, venture capital financing, merger and acquisition, etc.
Before joining dao², Henry was the Founder and Managing Director of Swiftech Automation PTE Limited, he successfully helped the company to become an Internet Service Provider and a Wholesale Voice Business for telecom companies. He also managed Flextech Holding Ltd to turn into a substantial equity owner in Swiftech Automation and the merger & acquisition of Millennia Holding Limited which was formed to supervise 10 subsidiaries, mostly in the “dot-com” related business, in which, iSOFTEL went IPO. |
